- Competition Name - The 'WIN a $60,000 car for just $3' Art Union license number 30074; herein referred to as the competition.
- Competition Closing Dates - The current competition opens 4 January 2010 and closes 9 March 2010. All times refer to Queensland, Australian time listed herein.
- How to Enter - Entrants must be over 18 years of age to purchase a $3 ticket. Cash purchases can be made from Multicap's registered offices at 269 Padstow Road, Eight Mile Plains or from one of Multicap's direct sellers. A minimum credit card purchase of $15 for 5 tickets applies. Staff, family, and friends of Multicap can all enter, excluding the organisers (ie. the Board, CEO, Finance Controller, Secretary, Donor Relations Manager, and any other Draw Official Witness, and their immediate family).
- What You Win - Entrants will have a chance to win the choice of the following car prizes with recommended retail prices of $60,000. Prize conditions apply. Prize value calculated on manufacturer's list price, some may include accessories, and all on road costs and registration. No correspondence will be entered into.

How to Win - The winner of the competition will be drawn at random on 10 March 2010 from a barrel at Multicap's Registered Offices, 269 Padstow Road, Eight Mile Plains at approximately 3.00pm.
- How the Winner will be Notified - Winner will be notified by telephone and Registered Post. Results published 12 March 2010 in The Courier-Mail and listed on Multicap's website as soon as possible thereafter.
- How the Winner Receives The Prize - The winner must notify Multicap in writing the prize selected from the nominated vehicle dealership only. When written confirmation from the winner is received advising of their prize selection, Multicap will place an order with the appropriate vehicle dealership. When a delivery date is confirmed, Multicap will organise for the winner and the vehicle dealership to meet with the CEO of Multicap to hand over the keys and arrange a photograph at Multicap's registered office, 269 Padstow Road, Eight Mile Plains for relevant promotional purposes.
- Promotional Materials - All winners agree to Multicap placing their name on the website, in media releases, and use in all other promotional materials as required.
